Used for automatic control. Protection and monitoring of the hydro generating sets.

Main Functions:

Control Function

Automatic start and stop. Auto/manual failure/emergency stop. Auto/manual increase/decrease the open degree, speed (active power) adjustment, increase/decrease excitation (reactive power). Auto/manual switch the generating running state. Governor automatic control. Auto/manual control of main valve (butterfly valve, ball valve) and gete.

Protection Function

Bearing over temperature. Low speed no parallel operation. Electric accident. Lower oil pressure oil pressure. Standby cooling water stop. Generating set over speed. Distributor shear pin broken. Water pipe over pressure. Plc failure, Air cooler over temperature etc.

Monitoring Function

Generating set active power, reactive power, power factor, generator frequency, voltage. Start ready indication, Implement machine position indication, accident/failure display. Communication to the host system etc.
