Compared with the oil-immersed transformer, the Full-sealed transformer introduces the slices of the rippled oil tank as the cooking ad dispersing components instead of the oil conservator, the advantage of which is that the slices will expand or contract with the oil cubage in the transformer. The inner of the transformer is isolated with the outer atmosphere, which prevents and slows down the deterioration, isolation and dampness and hence strengthens the operating reliability and makes the transformer free from maintenance. 

Its iron core is adopted good quality high strength enameled wire (or paper wrapped wire) wrapped, cylinder type (or cake type) structure, ampere-turn evenly distribute, reasonable insulation structure, it possesses very high resist short circuit ability. 

Oil tank is ripple structure, show it is painted with three proofing varnish paint (moisture protection, mould proof, anti-salt mist) after phosphating treatment, it can be widely applied to metallurgy, mine, petrifaction etc. more bad operating ambient of place. 

The fastener used in oil tank is adopted retainer nut, which can ensure it will not get loose during long distance transportation and operation. 

All components are adopted double seal structure, put an end to leakage. 

Matched sealing elements are all adopted good quality polyacrylate rubber, it can validly prevent light aging, electrical aging, thermal aging. 

It is equipped with "remote measuring" signal thermometer and pressure relief valve, so that it enhance transformer reliability of operation.
